Commission Elections

Commissioners are elected every November on a two year rotation. Other positions are appointed by the City Council. Please contact the Clerk if you would like to be considered for an open position or would like to run for a City Council Seat.

Three (3) Council Seats and Mayor's seat will be on the ballot for the November 4th Election. Petitions for signatures will be available starting the 2nd week of May. To run for one of these seats you must be a resident of the City of Hartford ford at least a year and a registered voter.
