Hartford Downtown Blueprint

Blueprints for Michigan's Downtowns is a partnership effort between the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) and the Michigan Municipal League (MML) to continue to assist communities & their Downtown revitalization efforts. Blueprint action plans are an investment in a community that creates new private jobs & investment.
